Another day, another Flat Roof Restoration using the American WeatherStar Ure-A-Sil system over modified bitumen. The team is currently wrapping up a small commercial standalone building in Orlando, a historic home in Delaney Park (Downtown Orlando) and a beautiful estate in Lake Nona, Florida.

Three very different buildings but they all had a failing flat modified bitumen roof which was a perfect candidate for the American WeatherStar Ure-A-Sil system to restore the old roof, repair any existing leaks, and all with a 10+ year warranty. This comes at less than half the price of a reroof, easier repairs in the future and a fresh topcoat can be applied in about 10 years extending the warranty at a fraction of the cost.
